In October, EPS will invest 195 million yen ($1.7 mil) in OsteoGenesis to help OsteoGenesis's activities on clinical testing (including investigations after product manufacture and sales). In turn, EPS will receive a favorable treatment from its partner regarding access to the partner's information on clinical applications, and will provide the partner with consultation for the development of technologies, including the commercialization of bone regenerative technology for gum disease treatment and other use.
