The wholly-owned subsidiary, to be named EPOD Renewable Utilities Inc., is to be based in Frankfurt, Germany, focusing on the German and western European markets. The objective of the subsidiary is to own and operate renewable power generation assets with a view to creating long term renewable power sales revenue, and an outlet for EPOD International's power conversion and power storage products.
