and Brownfield sites within a 1/4 mile of their subject property. Currently, EnviroCheck is offering site documents from Maine to New Jersey.

"Our association with ERIIS offers environmental professionals, lenders and real estate professionals across the nation a higher level of detailed information through a convenient delivery channel," commented Lisa Wadge, President of EnviroCheck. "Historically, ordering these government documents involved making a request to the Federal government, waiting three to four weeks and then paying a fee for each copy of the document. In the case of state agencies, you'd have to make an appointment to meet with the proper administrator and then search for the documents yourself, which could take hours. By ordering the reports through ERIISnet, the documents are sent two to three days later and all of the necessary elements are included."

"We're delighted with this new relationship," said Patrick McDevitt, General Manager of ERIIS. "EnviroCheck has an extensive collection of Federal and state documents that can provide detailed site history of Brownfields as well as many years of site assessment engineering study. By combining this EnviroCheck research service with ERIISnet, our customers have access to the fastest, and most comprehensive environmental due diligence property information."

"Many of these files have been forgotten or lost in the state agencies, and in some instances can't be located anymore," continued Wadge. "By using a proprietary indexing scheme, our documents can be queried by name, address, ID number and alias."
