TUCSON, Ariz., Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Envirotest Systems Corp. (NASDAQ: ENVI) today announced that the commonwealth of Pennsylvania has selected Envirotest's enhanced vehicle test procedure for review as the commonwealth proceeds with the final stage of its process to select a company to implement and operate the Pennsylvania centralized emission testing program.
Envirotest said that, while the negotiation and final awarding of the contract has not been concluded, a final decision is expected within five to seven weeks.
