ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES USA, INC. SELECTS FRANCIS AS V.P. AND CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

 MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 23 ~PRNewswire~ -- Environmental Technologies USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENVRU) announced today that it has selected H. David Francis as the company's vice president and chief marketing officer. A seasoned marketing, planning, and communications executive, Francis has spent more than 20 years in various capacities with both private sector and public institutions.
 Robin Young, founder and CEO of Environmental Technologies, stated, "With ETI breaking new ground in environmental products and concepts, the depth and quality of David's skills are a vital resource for ETI during this stage of aggressive market development."
 Francis was executive vice president and executive creative director, Campbell-Mithun-Esty Advertising Agency of Minneapolis. While affiliated with Campbell-Mithun-Esty, Francis also served as a member of the board of directors, and member of the operating committee. Previously, he was vice president, group creative director for DDB Needham Advertising of Chicago.
 As a senior advertising agency executive, his key account responsibility has included a number of Fortune 100 companies, including McDonalds, 3M Corporate, General Mills, and Dayton-Hudson. His consulting relationships have included the Bush Foundation's Minnesota Public Schools Executive Program, and the Reflective Leadership Center at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute.
 Francis' career is also rich in community service, including membership on the Board of Trustees of the Science Museum of Minnesota and Board Chair of the External Relations Committee. Additionally, Francis currently serves on the boards of directors of the Minnesota AIDS Project, ARTPAPER, Minnesota Community Design Center, and the Dale Warland Singers.
 Environmental Technologies USA, Inc. manufactures, markets, distributes, and develops biodegradable and recycled substitutes for virgin plastic polymers. United Recycling, Inc., the company's St. Louis Park, Minn., subsidiary, converts post-consumer carpeting into polymer resin suitable for remanufacturing. Clean Green Packing Company of Columbia Heights, Minn., manufactures and distributes biodegradable starch-based foam loose-fill packing material.
