Celebrated chef Cindy Pawlcyn has canceled her appearance for a fund-raising event at Lane Community College this week, and will send another chef in her place.

Pawlcyn, the owner of two restaurants in California's Napa Valley, had been scheduled to supervise students in preparing and serving dishes from Pawlcyn's Mustards Grill cookbook at the LCC Foundation's fund-raiser dinner on Friday.
