ENTERTAINMAX Buys Interest in Gateways to Space.


ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 4, 1999--

Orlando-based ENTERTAINMAX Inc. announced Monday it has purchased a large block of shares in Gateways to Space (OTC OTC

Weber said ENTERTAINMAX is in the process of bringing GWTS back into compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission regulations.

ENTERTAINMAX was founded to manufacture, publish and distribute music and films. The company owns licensing rights to film classics featuring such stars as John Wayne, Shirley Temple and Abbott and Costello Abbott and Costello (kŏstĕl`ō), American comedy team of William Alexander "Bud" Abbott, 1895–1974, b. Asbury Park, N.J., and Lou Costello, 1906–59, b. Paterson, N.J., as Louis Francis Cristillo.  among others. ENTERTAINMAX also holds worldwide rights to music from such artists as Nat King Cole a legendary king of Britain, who is said to have reigned in the third century.
