ENRG Acquires Blue Energy & Technologies LLC; Largest Vehicular Natural Gas Provider Enters Texas and Colorado Markets.

ENRG, the largest provider of vehicular natural gas and related services in North America, has acquired Blue Energy & Technologies LLC (Blue Energy). With this acquisition, ENRG enters the growing Texas and Colorado markets for compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquified natural gas (LNG).

Blue Energy, with 56 fueling stations, provides natural gas fueling services for customers such as Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport, SYSCO Foods, Ft. Worth Transportation Agency, Denver International Airport and Denver RTD. Blue Energy also provides LNG distribution services to customers in Texas.

Blue Energy's principal shareholder, Washington DC-based Perseus 2000 LLC, and ENRG's other principal shareholders have committed additional capital to provide significant additional resources to expand the Company's presence in the natural gas vehicle marketplace. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
