) today announced that 887,500 common shares have been reserved for issuance pursuant to its stock option plan. The options have been granted to officers, directors, employees and a consultant to ENPAR. All options will be exercisable at fifteen cents ($0.15) per share for a period of five years as stipulated by the Company's stock option plan and applicable securities rules and regulations.
