ENDESA OUTDEALS DUKE.After overcoming Chilean regulators's concerns and outbidding rival Duke Energy, Endesa Spain closed a deal in May to acquire control of Chilean public utility Empresa Nacional de Electricidad, also known as Endesa Chile.
