) Board of Directors has agreed to pay a gross interim dividend charged against 2006 earnings of Euros 0.50 per share.

This dividend will be paid to ENDESA, S.A. shareholders on 2 January 2007 through the banks and other financial institutions to be announced To be announced (TBA)
