EMS, a leading solutions provider of Medical Education Software, has been selected to implement its comprehensive Digital Audio and Video System (DAVS) to automate, control and manage the complete digital video recording and indexing of clinical skills interaction between medical students and the standardized (trained) patients.

The solution is unique as it provides the University of Chicago's Clinical Performance Center (CPC) with the ability to complement its existing analog recording Analog (or analogue) recording is a technique used to store audio or video signals for later playback.
