RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. -- EMRISE CORPORATION (OTCBB:EMRI), elaborates on its April 8th press release which discussed Carmine T. Oliva's role as acting Chief Financial Officer. This press release is based upon information provided by Susan Foote, spouse of Randy Foote, who states, "On April 5, 2005 Randy underwent what was an unexpected emergency surgery. The surgery was successful and Randy is expected to return to full health." Mrs. Foote further stated, "I wish to extend my appreciation and thanks to EMRISE CORPORATION and others for the support and well wishes I have received for Randy's expected recovery."
