EMRISE's Pascall Electronics Ltd. Subsidiary Receives Additional Orders in Excess of $1 Million for In-Flight Entertainment Products.

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. -- EMRISE CORPORATION (NYSE ARCA:ERI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic devices and communications equipment, today announced that its subsidiary, Pascall Electronics Ltd., has received additional follow-on orders worth in excess of $1 million for its range of In-Flight-Entertainment & Communications ("IFE & C") devices. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2007 and are planned to be completed early 2008.

Pascall provides a range of power systems, Radio Frequency ("RF") devices and integrated communications subsystems for multimedia IFE & C systems for video on demand and GSM communication products for retro fit and new build commercial aircraft.

Commenting on the follow-on orders, Carmine T. Oliva, Chairman, President and CEO, said: "The military and commercial aerospace market is the core market for our range of electronic devices. This is the fourth of continuing follow-on orders received in excess of $1 million for In-flight Entertainment and Communication products in the last six months. We have regularly received other smaller orders for similar products that have also contributed to growth in our backlog in the second quarter and are expected to contribute to growth in our shipments in the third and fourth quarters of 2007. While military avionics has historically been our dominant core business, commercial avionics is rapidly reaching parity. We believe newer multimedia entertainment and communications systems on commercial aircraft will be the primary growth driver for EMRISE's electronics devices business segment in 2007 and beyond."
