EMCOR Group to service Bank One.


EMCOR Group EMCOR Group NYSE: EME is a Fortune 500 company based in Norwalk, Connecticut. This company's businesses include mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure, and facilities services. , Inc. announced that it has entered into a three-year agreement with Bank One to provide comprehensive facilities and maintenance services for all of Bank One's locations nationwide. The agreement, which was effective July 1, is expected to generate approximately $100 million in base revenues over its three-year term.

EMCOR will provide comprehensive facilities services, including operations, maintenance, and supervision, for approximately 2,200 Bank One facilities, representing 34 million SF of space in 30 states. EMCOR will operate and maintain Bank One's building systems, including electrical, plumbing plumbing, piping systems inside buildings for water supply and sewage.
