Mr. Triano's new position is an important part of EMCOR's commitment to providing clients single-source solutions that involve coordination and teaming across more than one geographic market or business segment. EMCOR's new Integrated Services Department will also be responsible for developing and managing corporate alliances with major national clients, further ensuring that EMCOR services are delivered seamlessly.

Mr. Triano, who joined EMCOR in 1987, has over 17 years of experience within the specialty construction and facilities services industries. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of EMCOR Facilities Services, where he was involved with establishing alliance agreements with major national organizations.

Previously, he was Vice President of Operations for EMCOR's eastern construction companies, responsible for management oversight
