), its Arlington, Virginia-based subsidiary.

Edward Dabrowski has joined the company as chief financial officer and senior vice president and Michael Bordes has joined as vice president and general manager of the EFS Mobile Services group.

Dabrowski will work closely with William Rodgers, President & CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of EFS, to guide the company's financial success while maintaining its superior level of service and innovation. Mr. Bordes will work with Kevin Craig, Senior Vice President, Operations of EFS, to direct the company's financial and structural growth.

Dabrowski joins EMCOR Facilities Services after a 28-year career at Carrier Corporation, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation. During his time at Carrier Corporation, Mr. Dabrowski held operations and finance roles that included Director of Financial Planning Financial planning

He brings over 24 years of field leadership experience from Carrier Corporation and Siebe (now Invensys) Controls, beginning as a control salesperson and culminating as Zone Manager, Central for Carrier Commercial Service.
