The Emblem Woman of the Year Award was presented to Roseann Dalton for her many hours of service and for her duties as publication editor of the club's newsletter, Chatter Time. Club member Stacy McKenna presented honorable mention awards to Jim Tubbs for collecting, sorting and mailing more than 243,000 discount coupons to members of the armed forces stationed overseas, and to Phyllis Knight for her many activities and her organization of the club's weekly bingo games.
