Planned capital improvements on approximately 80,000 s/f of space will include painting, new furniture, creation of computer rooms and lounges, installation of high speed internet and cable access to individual rooms. EHS currently employs 30 staff members and aggressively promotes from within.

Lee Swimer, the IIP assessor responsible for certifying EHS, noted, "It is clear that EHS president George Scott recognizes that his people are his most important asset and he is committed to training and development as a key to competing in his marketplace. The Standard by Investors In People UK was developed in 1990 by the National Training Taskforce, in partnership with a number of business and professional organizations in the UK. IIP accreditation has experienced considerable growth throughout Europe and is currently being sought by organizations representing millions of employees worldwide. Using its four key principles of commitment, planning, action, and evaluation, the Standard helps companies establish a strategic approach to setting and communicating business objectives, as well as, developing the people to meet those objectives.
