Galaxy Latin America (GLA), the provider of DIRECTV in Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Cisneros Group of Companies on April 15 announced the launch of a satellite-based teacher training program designed to enhance the teaching skills of 1,800 primary school teachers in 120 schools.
