EDS AND CROSSWORLDS SOFTWARE FORM RESELLER ALLIANCE.

CrossWorlds Software (Nasdaq:CWLD), a business integration software provider, has announced a reseller alliance agreement with EDS (NYSE:EDS). This alliance names EDS E.solutions as a CrossWorlds preferred provider of integration services and names CrossWorlds as a preferred integration software solution that EDS will resell.

EDS is working with CrossWorlds' solutions to help companies integrate enterprise applications such as SAP R/3, Oracle and PeopleSoft, thus allowing information sharing across the extended enterprise.
