Environmental consultants and other environmental professionals use historical aerial photographs to help determine whether a site's past uses may have contributed to environmental contamination. Where available, EDR supplies one photo per site per decade, allowing the user to see how the property has evolved over time. In addition to offering online photo delivery for sites in the North Star State, EDR offers the service for sites in Texas, Michigan, and California. The company will be expanding online photo delivery to other states as part of its ongoing effort to provide as much data as possible electronically. The company delivers EDR City Directory Abstract Reports(TM) and Sanborn(R) maps electronically on a national basis.

Thomas remarked, "The industry trend of tighter Phase I turnaround times has environmental consultants looking for ways to speed up the site assessment process. By offering online photo delivery to go along with online Sanborns and EDR City Directory Abstract Reports, we are helping our customers meet or exceed their deadlines and be more competitive."
