Meanwhile, we should focus on a vast expansion of charter education in L.A. Hall of shame You would think Los Angeles County doesn't have a problem in the world, seeing how its supervisors giddily plan to spend upward of $200 million on swank new downtown headquarters for themselves. Civil City Hall If new City Council President Eric Garcetti can succeed in his goal of promoting civility and respect for the public at City Hall, that would be quite an accomplishment. |
