MEMBERS of the Woodland Hills Neighborhood Council have narrowly rejected the idea of a 10,000-seat arena in their community, and it's it's

Given this city's history of bait-and-switch developments, no one can fault council members for being apprehensive.

But that doesn't mean The Oasis should be sunk.
