EDITORIAL UNIVERSAL APPEAL MASSIVE REDEVELOPMENT OFFERS GREAT PROMISE FOR SAN FERNANDO VALLEY.IT almost sounds too good to be true: Thousands more housing units in a city with a desperately low housing stock; thousands more jobs, especially in the entertainment industry; plenty of open space; a tourism magnet that will generate billions in economic growth and millions for the city's general fund. What's not to like about NBC NBC in full National Broadcasting Co. Major U.S. commercial broadcasting company. It was formed in 1926 by RCA Corp., General Electric Co.
