EDITORIAL THANKS TO OUR TROOPS.


THERE are many factors that explain America's success at maintaining its freedom these past 230 years. But the lion's share of the credit and gratitude goes to the men and women who have proudly served this country in uniform.

Celebration of it began during the American Revolution.  is about more than just saluting the flag, the freedom it represents, or the genius of the American experiment. It must also be about honoring the men and women who protect and defend us, whose sacrifices make possible the liberty and prosperity we too easily take for granted.
