EDITORIAL SUN VALLEY'S STRUGGLE LOCAL COMMUNITY LEADERS DESERVE TO CONTROL TRASH TRUST FUND.IN their struggle to gain control over community-improvement funds, Sun Valley leaders are fighting for more than just some $200,000 a year.
