EDITORIAL RELIEF IN JEOPARDY 101-405 FREEWAY IMPROVEMENTS DESERVE FULL FUNDING.


THOSE who had reason to drive the 101-405 interchange last weekend found something unexpected:

Relief.

The weekend marked the official, permanent opening of a long-needed second lane among the part of the interchange that connects the 405 northbound north·bound

Slowly but surely, traffic among America's worst freeway interchange is improving, but there's still a long way to go.
