EDITORIAL RACIAL INSENSITIVITY 101 STAMP FLAP EXPOSES MEXICO'S DARK SECRET.


THERE are still many instances of racial insensitivity in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. , but this country has made great progress over time, achieving a measure of tolerance and understanding found in few places on Earth.

For all its geographic proximity and its strong cultural and economic ties, none of this appears to have rubbed off on Mexico, where its leaders can't admit they have a problem.
