The formerly clean-shaven Alex Padilla, Tony Cardenas and Ed Reyes showed up for the Tuesday council meeting with a beard, goatee and mustache, respectively.
Given the beating the council took pre-break from residents and employees angry about A) its shameless term-limit legislation; B) the new rules of decorum DECORUM. Proper behaviour; good order.

Decorum is requisite in public places, in order to permit all persons to enjoy their rights; for example, decorum is indispensable in church, to enable those assembled, to worship. for the public; C) imposing a contract on the Engineers and Architects Association, one might wonder whether the facial hair is an attempt at disguise.
If that's true, then what message is council President Eric Garcetti sending with his new military-short 'do?
Perhaps it's best not to try to read the hirsute hirsute - Occasionally used as a humorous synonym for hairy. intentions of council members -- unless, that is, Councilwoman Wendy Greuel turns up with mutton mutton, flesh of mature sheep prepared as food (as opposed to the flesh of young sheep, which is known as lamb).
