EDITORIAL CALIFORNIA'S FAIR SHARE CAN THE DEMOCRATS DELIVER IN D.C.?


THE prospect of Californians at long last getting a fair return on its federal tax dollars has just inched closer to reality.

With the Democratic capture of Congress in November, San Francisco's Rep (programming) REP - A directive used in IBM object code card decks (and later PTF Tapes) to REPlace fragments of already assembled or compiled object code prior to link edit. . Nancy Pelosi becomes House speaker, putting her in position to make good on her long-standing promise to get the state its fair share. Let's hope Schiff and his fellow Democrats can deliver.

California gets only 79 cents back per every $1 it sends to Washington -- a rip-off that's gone on for way too long because our leaders have preferred to act like partisans, and not Californians.
