What he does have, however, is an interesting observation about Mayor James Hahn's $11 billion plan for ``modernizing'' Los Angeles International Airport “LAX” redirects here. Moore has pointed out for us that the price tag of Hahn's plan - $11 billion - is the very same amount that Kmart is shelling out to buy Sears, America's oldest retailer, which has nearly 2,000 stores throughout the nation.

That must be some modernization for LAX - especially considering that, according to according to

In anticipation of Hahn's overhaul, the airport is getting some minor but important safety improvements. But improved safety is all the airport really needs - not a boondoggle boon·dog·gle   Informal
