EDITORIAL; VOTER REGISTRATION; DRIVE-THROUGH REGISTRATION AVAILABLE IN L.A. COUNTY.

You still have a week to register to vote in the March 7 primary.

The deadline to register is Feb. 7.

This year, Los Angeles County Clerk Conny McCormack is even offering people too busy to get out of their cars a chance to drive up to the Hollywood Bowl to register.

Those wishing to vote by absentee ballot can call for information at (562) 466-1323.

Voting in huge numbers is the surest way to keep politicians in check.
