:EDAPY) today announced that it has selected American MedTech Services, Inc., to provide nationwide maintenance services for the Company's minimally invasive medical equipment product lines. This strategic alliance will enable EDAP Technomed to cost-effectively expand its existing direct support team of service engineers, as it prepares for continued growth. The Company has provided direct service support for its full line of urology products in the U.S. since 1987.

"Our relationship with American MedTech will enable us to offer our customers the most highly trained and experienced team of service engineers in the country."
