ECU Silver Mining, Inc.: Press Release.


ROUYN-NORANDA, Quebec Rouyn-Noranda (2006 population 39,924) is a city on Osisko Lake in northwestern Quebec, Canada.

The city of Rouyn appeared after copper was discovered in 1917. Noranda (a contraction of "North Canada") was created later around the Horne mine and foundry.

These samples were taken every 3 meters from developments drifts
being driven to open new stopes in oxide ore on the 18th level. The
ore from this area is being processed by cyanidation

The new drift drift, deposit of mixed clay, gravel, sand, and boulders transported and laid down by glaciers. Stratified, or glaciofluvial, drift is carried by waters flowing from the melting ice of a glacier.  that was opened on the Santa Juana vein on the 15th level continued to yield excellent results with an extra 21 meters giving an average grade of 16.8 g/t gold, 643 g/t silver, 5.1% lead and 11.2% zinc zinc, metallic chemical element; symbol Zn; at. no. 30; at. wt. 65.38; m.p. 419.58°C;; b.p. 907°C;; sp. gr. 7.133 at 25°C;; valence +2. Zinc is a lustrous bluish-white metal. It is found in Group 12 of the periodic table.  over an average width of 0.47 meter.

All the samples represent the true width of the veins. Samples were assayed at Laboratorio Industrial Metalurgico in Gomez Palacio Gó·mez Pa·la·ci·o
