~X Holdings, Ltd. of Belize, the prominent provider of privatized non-intrusive cargo inspection services.

HAZ~X offers privatized security inspection for ports of entry, addressing cargo inspection on an international level. The non-intrusive inspections look for guns and drugs, as well as verifying the cargo contents to ensure shippers do not cheat on import duties. These services thereby impact both national security and customs department revenue.

"We are the next evolutionary step past the standard compliance inspection of documents for customs, or Pre-Shipment Inspection," stated Dr. Robert Reiter, President of HAZ~X Holdings. "Typical x-ray images produced by our systems enable our technicians to check the contents of the shipments against the manifest. HAZ~X is the only company which provides the unique combination of financing, integration, installation, and operation of complex cargo inspection systems."

ECSI's security systems will protect the X-ray screening systems integral to HAZ~X's services, manufactured by companies such as SAIC SAIC - http://saic.com. , ARACOR ARACOR Advanced Research and Applications Corp. , AnnisTech, and Heimann.

"The X-ray screening systems required for proper inspection at all ports of entry in a country run upwards of 100 million dollars. We have worked with ECSI before and have determined that their technology and staff are the best equipped to protect such an investment from sabotage," concluded Dr. Reiter.

A contract to ECSI would come in two parts. The first part would be for the acquisition and installation of the security hardware, and the second part would be for maintenance and service for the security equipment, estimated at 10% of hardware cost per year.

"We are extremely pleased with this venture, and while negotiations with countries are typically protracted pro·tract
