 Wireless Systems Ltd. (InnoWave), a fully owned subsidiary of ECI Telecom ECI Telecom Ltd NASDAQ: ECIL, is a telecommunication equipment manufacturer based in Petah Tikva, Israel.  Ltd. (NASDAQ/NM symbol: ECIL ECIL Electronics Corporation of India Limited ), has been chosen by Telefonica Argentina to supply new point to multi-point fixed wireless access WaveGain(tm) systems.

Telefonica Argentina will deploy InnoWave's WaveGain systems to deliver broadband services to thousands of residential and business subscribers in North Argentina.

InnoWave's WaveGain Broadband solution supports a wide range of services, in the frequency band of 3.4 to 3.7 GHz. The Spread Spectrum Direct Sequence CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) A method for transmitting simultaneous signals over a shared portion of the spectrum. The foremost application of CDMA is the digital cellular phone technology from QUALCOMM that operates in the 800 MHz band and 1.9 GHz PCS band.  technology used in the WaveGain system is designed to meet the specific requirements, such as high efficiency and high capacity of Broadband Radio in the Local Loop. WaveGain supports E1/FE1, high-speed voice band data, ISDN-BRI/PRI and packet switching A network technology that breaks up a message into small packets for transmission. Unlike circuit switching, which requires the establishment of a dedicated point-to-point connection, each packet in a packet-switched network contains a destination address.  for fast Internet and Data services.

WaveGain(tm) is InnoWave's next-generation broadband Fixed Wireless Local Loop solution. InnoWave's MultiGain(tm) Wireless solution, supporting a wide range of services in Narrowband applications, has been extensively deployed worldwide.
