ECC International Corp. Announces Delivery of Production Engagement Skills Trainers.

ECC International Corp. (AMEX:ECC) announced today that it delivered the initial ten production EST 2000 systems to the Infantry School at Ft. Benning, Georgia, the Army National Guard Marksmanship Training Unit at Camp Robinson, Arkansas, and the Interim Brigade Combat Team at Ft. Lewis, Washington. These deliveries are the first of more than 1100 systems to be delivered to the US Army, National Guard and US Army Reserve under provisions of a contract awarded by the US Army's Simulation Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM).

When fully fielded, the EST 2000 will train more soldiers, both enlisted and officers, each year than any other Army training system. This system enables small arms training utilizing state-of-the-art technology to train and sustain marksmanship skills, judgmental use of force training, and squad-level tactical defense training. The EST 2000 is used to train 11 different weapons including rifles, pistols, machineguns, shotguns, anti-tank, and grenade launchers and is the most accurate weapons training system to be fielded to US Armed Forces.
