EBT Industry Council to Host Buypass Corp. President Ruth Ann Marshall.


HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 1998--The EBT EBT

 Industry Council (EBTIC) of the Electronic Funds Transfer See EFT.

 Association will conclude its 1998 meeting schedule on Dec. 9 at the Alpharetta, Ga. offices of VeriFone Inc.

Meeting with the Council will be Ruth Ann Marshall, executive vice president of Electronic Payment Services Electronic Payment Services (Chinese: 易辦事), commonly known as EPS, is the largest electronic payment system in Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen starting from 1985. The service is provided by EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited.  Inc.(EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) A PostScript file format used to transfer a graphic image between applications and platforms. EPS files contain PostScript code as well as an optional preview image in TIFF, WMF, PICT or EPSI, the latter being an ASCII-only format. ), and president of EPS's Buypass Corp. subsidiary, a leading processor of EBT transactions, and a member of the EBT Industry Council.

Also on the EBTIC agenda is a review of the recent "EBT--the Next Generation" conference held last month in Washington, as well as planning for the 1999 EBT conference.
