Her daughter, Seevee VanderGalien, is the manager. ``The restaurant business has been in our family for years. My brother owned restaurants, and I worked in them while I was going to high school and college,'' she said. ``I really like the restaurant business. It's a challenge. It gets in your blood.'' Scarpellino owned and operated the Green Valley Inn for six years. In 1992 she decided to lease out the restaurant but retain ownership of the property. When the opportunity to open another restaurant presented itself, Scarpellino and her daughter jumped at the chance to work together again. ``We walked in here and saw this place and I said, well, if you want to run it and manage it, I'll buy it,'' said Scarpellino. Renovating and redecorating the restaurant - once Whoozit's Restaurant, later Hawg Wild - was a labor of love for them.
