EAST COAST HOBBY SHOW MAKES TRACKS FOR EXPO CENTER

FORT WASHINGTON, Pa., May 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The only full-line hobby show on the East Coast arrives at the Fort Washington Expo Center on May 19. For three days, The East Coast Hobby Show will feature the the latest, greatest, newest and fastest games, gadgets and gizmos hobby manufacturers have to offer.

Sponsored by McDonald's, Discovery Zone, Learning Curve Toys, Montgomery Newspapers and radio stations WYSP and WWDB, The East Coast Hobby Show offers chills, thrills and amazing feats of engineering and technology. There's something for everyone. Children will thrill to Thomas The Tank Engine, the now familiar character from the award winning PBS program "Shining Time Station." Adults can live a fantasy by DRIVING the Western Auto Chevrolet Monte Carlo Race Car simulator, an interactive NASCAR race car. Philadelphia-area scouts are in for a special treat as over 7,000 will be the guests of show sponsor Bachmann Industries, Inc., Friday night.

 Sunday, May 21 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Trade, Public & Media


The East Coast Hobby Show offers hobby enthusiasts a world of wonder and invention. Special guests, surprise events, activities galore, fun cars and a play center are just a few more reasons not to miss The East Coast Hobby Show at the Fort Washington Expo Center. Admission is just $7.00 for Adults and $3.00 for Children. A portion of the proceeds from the challenge events will be donated to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
