World Bank (No. 7084-ES) for the Earthquake Emergency Reconstruction and
Health Services health services Managed care The benefits covered under a health contract Extension Project, signed Jan. 11, 2002. It will use
these funds to procure (via bids) goods, construction works, services
and consultants. Component A will Include rehabilitation and
construction of hospitals in areas Affected by the earthquake.
Component B will include health and Nutrition services in these areas
and in the Zona Norte Zona Norte (North Zone) is a red light district located in Tijuana, Mexico. It is known for prostitution and illicit drug sales. Due to its proximity to San Diego, California, it is frequented by Americans. . Component C will include institutional
strengthening of the Ministry Of Health. Contractors will be asked to
