Point Information Systems began delivering e-point 5.2, designed to
address key customer relationship management requirements by applying
CRM across all distribution channels for more focused solutions for
contact centers, one-to-one direct marketing and hybrid CRM business
strategies. Combining Web CTI capability, media-blended queues and
customer scoring and loyalty tools, the solution enables knowledge-based
personalizarion of messages for personalized sales and service processes
for cross-selling and upselling. This capability is also intended to
enhance self-service by removing any dependency on e-mail or content
management systems. e-point 5.2's new dashboard provides a unified
view of all campaign information to make it easier to apply analytical
models, define target groups, create and broadcast marketing messages
and track campaigns. The product's enhanced customer scoring
facility allows for rating customers on a variety of criteria and
enables improved targeting of campaigns and the timely activati on of
loyalty motivators.
