E-Tax software saves time for busy RE professionals.

TitleVest, a leading provider of title insurance and related real estate services, has started beta testing its new ACRIS E-Tax automation software, ACRIS ASAP.

Free of charge and available at www.titlevest.com, TitleVest's revolutionary software saves real estate professionals invaluable time in filling out NYC's required ACRIS E-Tax forms. While the City's ACRIS website requires a minimum of 13 pages of data, which often take hours for even the most experienced attorneys to complete, ACRIS ASAP is one page that can be finished in a matter of minutes, even by someone with no prior real estate experience.

"On the City's ACRIS site, there are numerous sections with tabs and sub tabs that can be confusing and take time to navigate through--even for highly experienced real estate attorneys," said Bill Baron, president of TitleVest. "With ACRIS ASAP we have succeeded in creating a software application that dramatically simplifies the creation of the ACRIS E-Tax forms."

To create the software, TitleVest identified the minimum amount of data required for submission to the City's Department of Finance and created a simple one-page Web form. When the user has completed the ACRIS ASAP form on Titlevest's website, the data is automatically transferred to the City's ACRIS site. In just about one minute, the transfer documents are generated and posted as a PDF file attachment See e-mail attachment. on www.titlevest.com with a userfriendly interface for future retrieval and revisions.
