E-TRADE LAUNCHES MARKETING ALLIANCE WITH MINDSPRING; Links Will Allow Users to Open Trading Accounts at E-TRADE Site.

) announced an agreement with E-TRADE Group, Inc., a leading provider of online investing services, which will allow MindSpring's more than 153,000 users to directly access the E-TRADE site (http://www.etrade.com) for investment news and timely information as well as on-line transactions. The agreement also offers E-TRADE customers an opportunity to sign up for Internet service through MindSpring.
