 E-SYSTEMS UNIT AWARDED MAJOR ARMY SUPPORT CONTRACT
 DALLAS, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Serv-Air, Inc., a wholly-owned


subsidiary of E-Systems, Inc., (NYSE: ESY) announced today the award of a major U.S. Army contract initially valued at $100 million, but expected to eventually exceed $600 million.
 Serv-Air will operate and manage the special operations forces support activity for the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM). This government owned contractor operated (GOCO) facility will operate primarily out of the Lexington Army Depot locations in Kentucky with various other remote sites such as Pensacola and Hurlburt Field, Florida; Fort Huachuca, Arizona and Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
 In support of the U.S. SOCOM, Serv-Air will provide maintenance, repair, logistics support, systems engineering, and system modifications of U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Navy helicopters, avionics systems and communications equipment.
 Serv-Air is involved in aircraft and logistics programs, operations, and maintenance services and communications systems integration test, and repair. With general offices in Greenville, Texas, Serv-Air is staffed with more than 2800 employees at 75 locations worldwide.
 E-Systems is a major worldwide developer and producer of electronics systems and products in the areas of intelligence, reconnaissance and surveillance systems, command and control, electronic warfare, specialized aircraft maintenance and modification, guidance, navigation and control, communications and data systems.
