E-SYSTEM ANNOUNCES DELAY IN GAFECS CONTRACT

 DALLAS, Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- E-Systems (NYSE: ESY) announced today that it had been informed of at least a two week delay in signing of the GAFECS reconnaissance and surveillance program for the German Air Force. The contract was to have been signed today. The Company was told this afternoon that the German Ministry of Defense had ordered a delay in signing the contract due to an investigation by the public prosecutor in Bonn.
 E-Systems has no first hand knowledge of the details of the investigation nor has it been contacted by the investigators. E-Systems has absolutely no reason to believe it is a subject or target of the investigation.
