E*twomedia.com(ETWM) Announced today that it has completed its acquisition of EXUS EXUS Experimental Under-ice SONAR  NETWORKS, INC inc - /ink/ increment, i.e. increase by one. Especially used by assembly programmers, as many assembly languages have an "inc" mnemonic.

. Plans are under way to change the symbol from ETWM to EXUS. Mr. Daniel Jeffries has resigned as the company's acting Officer and Director.

Mr. Isaac Sutton, formerly President of EXUS NETWORKS INC. has been appointed CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Under his former duties as President of EXUS NETWORKS, Mr. Sutton helped create the international administrative and technical platforms that will enable the new EXUS NETWORKS INC. to successfully deliver quality IP and other communication services to the global marketplace.

Mr. Sutton said he looks forward to serving on EXUS NETWORKS INC. Board of Directors. "This company has the potential to become a leader in the industry with its VoIP, satellite and data solutions. It will be a pleasure to work with and further build such a forward-looking technology company."
