The Creator bundle rental option includes RAPIDsite Producer(TM), Landscape Creator, and Building Creator software. By packaging software, documentation, and maintenance together for one low fee, the Creator bundle rental option offers substantial initial investment savings. Maintenance includes both software updates and technical support, guaranteeing that customers have the latest and most up-to-date software tools and ready access to technical support via the Web site, email and telephone. E&S offers several rental term options to accommodate the unique needs of each customer. Rental agreements A rental agreement is a contract, usually written, between the owner of a property and a renter who desires to have temporary possession of the property. As a minimum, the agreement identifies the parties, the property, the term of the rental, and the amount of rent for the term. are available for 12-month, six-month, and three-month terms, allowing customers to bill the cost of using RAPIDsite to specific projects.
