Under the terms of the agreements, the companies will work together to introduce E&S' advanced visual simulation technologies to the Russian training market as well as to other countries currently using Russian aircraft. In addition to simulators for new aircraft programs, the team will upgrade existing simulators. Major simulation programs currently active include the Mil-8 helicopter and transport aircraft. The companies will also work together on civil aviation projects.

As part of the new teaming arrangement, E&S recently demonstrated the company's Harmony(R) 2 image generator this week on the TsAGI stand at the Moscow Air Show. Visitors to the stand saw live demonstrations of a helicopter rescue scenario.

"TsAGI and Penza are the recognized leaders in Russian simulation, and E&S is very pleased to be working with them," said E&S President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
